Freestyle Media is looking for an innovative, passionate and reliable online producer/web project manager with at least 2 years experience working in a similar role.

The successful person will have a brilliant understanding of the web environment, a commitment to delivering the projects with the right balance of quality, budget and time in mind and an ability to manage multiple tasks.

Managing the projects, you must be respected by your peers. You must be able to communicate effectively with both the team of designers and developers.

You must also be able to deal with production issues as and when they arise and communicate and alleviate these concerns with the client.

Each day you will keep clients informed of the progress of their projects and coordinate the internal staff.

For new briefs and projects you will be required to gather client requirements, produce the project specifications and recommend an appropriate time line.

Our company is looking for an energetic, passionate and knowledgeable online Account Manager to work on 6-8 corporate accounts whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service. Reporting to the directors and working with an experienced production team, you will be willing to put it the extra effort to drive revenues and deliver quality online solutions.

The online Account Manager will demonstrate the ability to:

• Account manage the implementation of online strategies for specified client accounts;
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients whilst always providing an unparalleled level of customer service;
• Communicate clearly & effectively and be confident in the delivery of presentations;
• Continually identify, evaluate & implement additional opportunities for developing our client’s online business.

Utilising your impact and influence you will maintain a strong relationship with clients whilst acting at all times as an ambassador for their business. Your focus will also be to continually enhance procedures between the company & the client to ensure that we remain at the forefront of online production & strategy. You will need to work autonomously, display initiative and contribute ideas with drive and enthusiasm. A successful start as an Account Manager will see you rapidly promoted within the organisation.

• Take control of the administration of the office.
• Assist the account management team in a account executive role.

In this role you will be challenged to progress into an account management role, so if you possess IT and/or eMarketing knowledge this position will suit.
