Fuji Xerox ran a series of integrated campaigns with mail, fax and email communications to its target audience of education centres around Australia. Freestylemedia was commissioned to manage and create the email component of the campaign.

 
     
  Problem  
     
 

Fuji Xerox needed the email creative to appeal to the audience and then track the responses. An automated response mechanism was set up to track all enquiries generated from the email campaign. A new page on the website of Fuji Xerox needed to be designed and developed so that prospects could get more information about the product offerings and case studies.

 
     
  Solution  
     
 

Freestylemedia came up with an informative series of email designs. Its tracking system showed that email marketing proved to be more effective than the other communication pieces. Responses from the email creative were 5% of the emails sent, which was higher than the fax and mail-out.
